The other guarantee is: Depending on which package you purchase with us, we will guarantee a specific result that matches your goals within a 12-month time frame.

If we do not hit that specific result then we will work for six months for you, completely free of charge, to make it right.

Note: This is a bit like a bet where you can only win because if you get the ambitious result that we promised, we’ve brought you a whole heap more revenue and work so you’re happy.

In the very unlikely circumstance that we can’t achieve your goals for you within that 12-month period of time: If we’re working for you completely free for six months, you’re still happy because you’re getting a whole heap more value than you even asked for.

The problem with most people’s guarantees, where they offer money back or something like that, is that it doesn’t get you the result you’re looking for.

Getting your money back is different from getting the result. So what we offer is to the best of our knowledge, the gustiest. Specific Things to Keep in Mind Throughout the Project

Most important things to keep in mind, regardless of who you work with on this project:

Website Tips:

Make something that gives people plenty of insights and ideas regardless of whether or not they choose you.
Always be focused on the long game… Keep giving as much free information away as you can.
Make your contact page look simple and warm.
Photos: You can use stock photos for some of your photos, but you need to use some real photos as well. If you use stock photos then choose stock photos that look like the lighting is imperfect or where the people look like they are just doing life in a natural way.

Jack understands the purpose of the website and his vision for something that is simple (Technical term is “clean”) and easy to navigate and uncluttered is exactly what people will want to see. Trust your gut feel on that – even if it’s not what other providers do.
Jack’s ideas around video are excellent – because it will tap into people’s emotions. Balance that with the fact that some of these people finding you will be at work and can’t play video while they are at work – so make sure that as well as video, you also clearly articulate emotions in words (the emotion that the video is there to convey).

SEO Tips:

Jill’s gut-feel on appropriate spend for SEO and an appropriate strategy for SEO is in my opinion, spot on. SEO is by far the cheapest strategy long-term to bring people to you. Spend whatever she believes is appropriate and then be willing to spend more.
Expect your search engine optimisation to take 3-5 months to really get a good grip on Google and be shown. Google is rushed by nobody. You may not have a lot of competitors using the strategy well, but they will be in the coming months because they will be starting to get desperate.
Keep in mind that you can take marketing spend from other areas or time that staff are using on marketing, to put into these projects.
Do not try to cheat the system with site engine optimisation. Google is getting smarter every month and will increasingly punish you if you aim at grey areas. Always ask yourself, if you were Google, would you reward actions or punish those actions.
Don’t get caught up in expensive off-site SEO. Off-site is worth significantly less to you than on-site SEO. Jill can explain that one.

Facebook Ads or Google Ads: 

Maybe test it, but it’s low-priority. If you want to spend $10,000-$15,000 on this, ensure you have someone who is highly experienced in NDIS businesses working on the project for you. Unless they have lived and breathed NDIS, do not use them because they do not understand how to market to the NDIS market and this is a very expensive way to learn.

Social Media Posting (Unpaid)

It’s worth doing, but low priority. Facebook etc only reward ‘boosted’ posts and paid ads. Normal ‘posting’ is not of great value until you have 1000 genuine followers.

Bonus: Michael + Team will include 3x 2-page ‘downloadable cheat-sheet’ (not long e-books – instead, straight-forward cheatsheets)
Initial SEO (Essential)

$1500 – Includes:

Local SEO tweaks (e.g. Google Business Profile).
On-page/Technical SEO done for you.
The first 10 pages of SEO-Blogs done for you.
Examples of these would be:
“SIL options in Nowra 2024”, “Complex Care in Wollongong for Children and Teenagers”, etc

(Optional) Long-term, specifically keyworded SEO pages

$100/page for as many more as you like (page 11, 12, etc) – This may turn out to be a gradual thing
Ongoing costs
Your usual 3rd party subscription costs
Example Inc will have their usual subscription costs for software etc – paid by Example Inc or reimbused to Michael by Example Inc.
E.g. Your mailchimp plan, your web ‘hosting’/domain etc – You’re actually already paying those costs so costings should be similar. Your mailchimp plan will cost more as you grow it.

(Optional) Make website updates/tweaks for you:

$100/month to manage/tweak your website for you. Alternatively, you could do it yourself.
Michael’s team will make any text/photo/link changes that you need, and as often as you need.
(Optional) Mailchimp ‘Trust-building’ Fortnightly Email Sequence–

$900 – Includes:

Strategy & plan.
Build the emails and system within your Mailchimp.
Write first 13 emails – using your Mailchimp system. (That’s the first 3 months)
After first 13 emails, wait to see which emails resonate best.
After the first 13 emails, future emails will be written for just $60/email.

Future E-books:

$200 Short 2-page Cheat-sheets, done entirely for you
$900 Long 10-page E-books, done entirely for you
